Sweetwater Wildcats (Sweetwater, TN) fans exited the stadium thrilled Tuesday as they observed their baseball squad overcome the visiting Roane County Yellowjackets (Kingston, TN), 7-4 in a non-league test.
With the win, Sweetwater upgrades its record to 21-7 on the season. The Wildcats travel to Marion County (Jasper, TN) to battle the Warriors in a non-league test on Monday, May 16. The Warriors come into the test with a record of 23-9. Marion County won 3-1 in their recent non-league test against Polk County (Benton, TN)
With the defeat, Roane County falls to 4-7 on the season.
