The Branford Hornets (Branford, CT) lacrosse tipped the visiting Lauralton Hall Crusaders (Milford, CT), 12-11 in Tuesday's league outing.
With the win, Branford upgrades its record to 6-6 on the season. The Hornets travel to Joel Barlow (Redding, CT) to encounter the Falcons in a non-league game on Wednesday, May 11. The Falcons enter the game with a record of 7-6. Joel Barlow won 14-5 in their recent non-league game against McMahon (Norwalk, CT)
The Crusaders (6-7) will now prepare for their game against Mercy (Middletown, CT). The Tigers enter the Southern Connecticut game with a 3-9 record. In their last game, Mercy edged North Haven (North Haven, CT), 15-10, in a league game.
