Guilford Grizzlies (Guilford, CT) followers exited the stadium in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their lacrosse squad top the visiting Cheshire Rams (Cheshire, CT), 18-9 in a league test.

The Grizzlies now have a 12-1 record. They take the field next when they host Staples for a non-league test on Thursday, May 12. Guilford will face a Wreckers squad coming off a 13-3 non-league loss to New Canaan (New Canaan, CT). The Wreckers record now stands at 7-5.

In their next game, the Rams face the Hand Tigers (Madison, CT) in a Southern Connecticut test, on Friday, May 13. Cheshire will attempt to move on its 8-5 season record. The Tigers come into the test with a 9-5 record after their 12-10 league loss to Amity Regional (Woodbridge, CT).
