Mason Comets (Mason, OH) boosters exited the stadium content Tuesday as they witnessed their lacrosse squad top the visiting Lakota East Thunderhawks (Liberty Township, OH), 15-3 in a league battle.
The Comets now own a 9-7 record. They take the field next when they travel to Olentangy Liberty for a non-league battle on Friday, May 13. Mason will clash with a Patriots squad coming off a 19-7 non-league win over Worthington Kilbourne (Columbus, OH). The Patriots record now stands at 10-7.
In their next game, the Thunderhawks clash with the Lakota West Firebirds (West Chester, OH) in a non-league battle, on Monday, May 16. Lakota East will attempt to advance on its 5-11 season record. The Firebirds come into the battle with a 11-5 record after their 12-2 league win over Fairfield (Fairfield, OH).
