In Tuesday's league contest, the Morgan Huskies (Clinton, CT) lacrosse squad nipped the visiting Valley Regional Warriors (Deep River, CT), by a count of 8-7.
Coming up next, the Huskies confront the North Branford Thunderbirds (North Branford, CT) in a Shoreline contest, on Thursday, May 12. Morgan will attempt to advance on its 7-6 season record. The Thunderbirds enter the contest with a 6-7 record after their 16-7 league loss to Old Lyme (Old Lyme, CT).
The Warriors now own a 5-9 record. They play next when they travel to North Branford for a Shoreline contest on Tuesday, May 17.
