Arlington Eagles (Arlington, WA) backers exited the stadium thrilled Tuesday as they saw their softball squad run past the host Marysville Getchell (Marysville, WA), 11-1 in a league challenge.

The Eagles now own a 14-5 record. They take the field next when they host Marysville-Pilchuck for a 2A/3A Wesco challenge on Wednesday, May 11. Arlington will battle a Tomahawks squad coming off a 5-2 league loss to Cedarcrest (Duvall, WA). The Tomahawks record now stands at 7-12.

With the loss, Marysville Getchell falls to 9-7 on the campaign. The travel to Stanwood (Stanwood, WA) to battle the Spartans in a 2A/3A Wesco challenge on Wednesday, May 11. The Spartans enter the challenge with a record of 5-10. Stanwood won 4-3 in their recent league challenge against Archbishop Murphy (Everett, WA)
