Illinois High School Softball - Armstrong Salt Fork

In Tuesday's non-league outing, the host Salt Fork Storm softball team scored a close 8-1 win over the Armstrong Trojans.

Coming up next, the Storm battle the Bismarck-Henning/Rossville-Alvin Blue Devils (Bismarck, IL) in a Vermilion Valley outing, on Wednesday, May 11. Salt Fork will attempt to upgrade on its 10-13 season record. The Blue Devils enter the outing with a 12-7 record after their 14-10 league win over Oakwood (Fithian, IL).

The Trojans (9-15) will now prepare for their outing against Milford (Milford, IL). The Bearcats enter the Vermilion Valley outing with a 8-7 record. In their last outing, Milford tipped Chrisman (Chrisman, IL), 13-2, in a league outing.
