The Clinton Maroons softball team (Clinton, IL), was tipped 5-4 in Tuesday's league test with the visiting Warrensburg-Latham Cardinals (Warrensburg, IL)

Coming up next, the Cardinals clash with the Argenta-Oreana Bombers (Argenta, IL) in a non-league test, on Wednesday, May 11. Warrensburg-Latham will attempt to improve on its 15-9 season record. The Bombers come into the test with a 13-8 record after their 7-1 non-league loss to Tri-City/Sangamon Valley (Niantic, IL).

The Maroons (3-17) will now prepare for their test against Tuscola (Tuscola, IL). The Warriors come into the Central Illinois test with a 17-6 record. In their last test, Tuscola edged Sullivan (Sullivan, IL), 6-2, in a league test.
