Gunn Titans (Palo Alto, CA) backers exited the stadium thrilled Tuesday as they saw their softball squad run past the host Lynbrook Vikings (San Jose, CA), 17-1 in a league challenge.

The Titans now own a 16-6 record. They take the field next when they host Cupertino for a El Camino challenge on Thursday, May 12. Gunn will battle a Pioneers squad coming off a 2-1 league win over Saratoga (Saratoga, CA). The Pioneers record now stands at 21-2.

With the loss, Lynbrook falls to 0-13 on the campaign. The Vikings travel to Palo Alto (Palo Alto, CA) to battle the Vikings in a El Camino challenge on Thursday, May 12. The Vikings enter the challenge with a record of 7-14. Palo Alto lost 5-3 in their recent league challenge against Monta Vista (Cupertino, CA)
