California High School Softball - Rio Linda loses to Oakmont

The Oakmont Vikings softball team scored 13 runs and limited the host Rio Linda Knights to 3 in the Vikings league triumph on Tuesday.

With the triumph, Oakmont improves its record to 17-4 on the year. The Vikings host Lincoln (Lincoln, CA) to clash with the Fighting Zebras in a Foothill Valley League game on Thursday, May 12. The Fighting Zebras come into the game with a record of 11-12. Lincoln won 12-0 in their recent league game against West Park (Roseville, CA)

In their next game, the Knights clash with the Ponderosa Bruins (Shingle Springs, CA) in a Foothill Valley League game, on Thursday, May 12.
