The crowd at Tuesday's non-league match between the Pinckney Pirates (Pinckney, MI) and the host Stockbridge Panthers (Stockbridge, MI), saw Pinckney's softball squad achieve victory over Stockbridge by a count of 14-2.

The Pirates now sport a 15-4 record. They take the field next when they host Saline for a Southeastern - Red match on Wednesday, May 11.

With the loss, Stockbridge falls to 1-2 on the campaign. The Panthers travel to Mt. Pleasant (Mt. Pleasant, MI) to face the Oilers in a non-league match on Friday, May 20. The Oilers enter the match with a record of 2-4.
