The crowd at Tuesday's league match between the South Whidbey Falcons (Langley, WA) and the host Sultan Turks (Sultan, WA), saw South Whidbey's softball squad nip Sultan by a count of 8-5.

The Falcons now sport a 4-4 record. They take the field next when they travel to Granite Falls for a 1A Emerald Sound match on Wednesday, May 11. South Whidbey will face a Tigers squad coming off a 8-1 league win over Cedar Park Christian (Bothell, WA). The Tigers record now stands at 9-4.

With the loss, Sultan falls to 1-9 on the campaign. The Turks host Meridian (Bellingham, WA) to face the Trojans in a non-league match on Thursday, May 12. The Trojans enter the match with a record of 1-12. Meridian won 10-7 in their recent league match against Squalicum (Bellingham, WA)
