The Buckfield Bucks baseball team scored 13 runs and limited the host Mt. Blue Cougars to 1 in the Bucks non-league victory on Wednesday.
The Bucks (5-2) will now prepare for their match against Messalonskee (Oakland, ME). The Eagles go into the non-league match with a 6-2 record. In their last match, Messalonskee gained a win over Leavitt (Turner, ME), 8-2, in a non-league match.
The Cougars (6-5) will now prepare for their match against Edward Little (Auburn, ME). The Red Eddies go into the Class A North match with a 3-6 record. In their last match, Edward Little was overwhelmed by Skowhegan (Skowhegan, ME), 3-2, in a league match.
