In Wednesday's league game, the visiting Jennings County Panthers baseball team scored a tight 3-2 victory over the Columbus East Olympians.
The Panthers (8-12) will now prepare for their game against Bedford North Lawrence (Bedford, IN). The Stars go into the Hoosier Hills game with a 14-6 record. In their last game, Bedford North Lawrence was edged by Seymour (Seymour, IN), 7-6, in a league game.
