The Jackson Polar Bears got by the visiting Green Bulldogs baseball team by a count of 1-0 in Wednesday's league bout.
The Polar Bears now possess a 20-4 record. They take the field next when they travel to Walsh Jesuit for a non-league bout on Thursday, May 11. Jackson will face a Warriors team coming off a 2-1 non-league win over Medina (Medina, OH). The Warriors record now stands at 16-3.
Next, the Bulldogs face the Roosevelt Rough Riders (Kent, OH) in a non-league bout, on Friday, May 12. Green will attempt to move on its 12-10 season record. The Rough Riders enter the bout with a 13-6 record after their 8-0 league win over Cuyahoga Falls (Cuyahoga Falls, OH).
