The Harrisville Pirates baseball team scored 13 runs and limited the host Morristown Central Rockets to 2 in the Pirates league victory on Wednesday.
The Pirates (5-1) will now prepare for their match against Edwards-Knox (Russell, NY). The Cougars go into the Section 10 West match with a 1-5 record. In their last match, Edwards-Knox was overwhelmed by Morristown Central (Morristown, NY), 16-14, in a league match.
The Rockets (2-6) will now prepare for their match against Lisbon Central (Lisbon, NY). The Golden Knights go into the Section 10 West match with a 9-0 record. In their last match, Lisbon Central ran past Heuvelton Central (Heuvelton, NY), 13-1, in a league match.
