Spectators at Wednesday's non-league battle between the Hemlock Huskies (Hemlock, MI) and the visiting Ithaca Yellowjackets (Ithaca, MI), saw Hemlock's baseball squad knock off Ithaca by a count of 8-4.
Coming up next, the Huskies play the Garber Dukes (Essexville, MI) in a non-league battle, on Friday, May 12. Hemlock will attempt to move on its 5-2 season record. The Dukes enter the battle with a 6-2 record after their 6-3 league win over Swan Valley (Saginaw, MI).
The Yellowjackets now possess a 9-13 record. They take the field next when they travel to Evart for a non-league battle on Saturday, May 13.
