In Wednesday's league test, the host Salem Hills Skyhawks lacrosse squad scored a tight 7-5 victory over the Payson Lions.
The Skyhawks now have a 2-7 record.
In their next game, the Lions face the Spanish Fork Dons (Spanish Fork, UT) in a test, on Friday, May 12. Payson will attempt to move on its 4-7 season record. The Dons come into the test with a 2-5 record after their 13-2 league loss to Maple Mountain (Spanish Fork, UT).
