The East Brunswick Bears softball team scored 10 runs and limited the visiting Sayreville Bombers to 0 in the Bears non-league triumph on Wednesday.

With the triumph, East Brunswick moves its record to 15-5 on the year. The Bears travel to Metuchen (Metuchen, NJ) to clash with the Bulldogs in a non-league game on Saturday, May 13. The Bulldogs come into the game with a record of 7-3. Metuchen lost 10-2 in their recent non-league game against Donovan Catholic (Toms River, NJ)

In their next game, the Bombers clash with the Matawan Regional Huskies (Aberdeen, NJ) in a non-league game, on Thursday, May 11. Sayreville will attempt to move on its 4-3 season record. The Huskies come into the game with a 10-3 record after their 2-0 non-league loss to Colts Neck (Colts Neck, NJ).
