The Somers Tuskers softball team scored 14 runs and limited the visiting John Jay Wolves to 2 in the Tuskers league triumph on Wednesday.
With the triumph, Somers improves its record to 10-5 on the year. The Tuskers travel to Brewster (Brewster, NY) to clash with the Bears in a Section 1 II - C game on Friday, May 12. The Bears come into the game with a record of 10-6. Brewster lost 17-14 in their recent league game against Yorktown (Yorktown Heights, NY)
In their next game, the Wolves clash with the Yorktown Huskers (Yorktown Heights, NY) in a Section 1 II - C game, on Friday, May 12. John Jay will attempt to improve on its 5-11 season record. The Huskers come into the game with a 5-10 record after their 17-14 league win over Brewster (Brewster, NY).
