New York High School Softball - Marlboro Central bounces Saugerties

The Marlboro Central Dukes routed the host Saugerties Sawyers softball squad by a final score of 14-1 in Wednesday's league battle.

The Dukes (12-2) will now prepare for their battle against Roosevelt (Hyde Park, NY). The Presidents go into the non-league battle with a 11-2 record.

The Sawyers now possess a 6-9 record. They play next when they host Kingston for a non-league battle on Friday, May 12. Saugerties will meet a Tigers squad coming off a 8-1 non-league win over Pine Bush (Pine Bush, NY). The Tigers record now stands at 8-9.
