The Pearl River Pirates the host Nanuet Golden Knights softball squad by a final score of 13-11 in Wednesday's league battle.

The Pirates (13-4) will now prepare for their battle against Nyack (Upper Nyack, NY). The Red Hawks go into the Section 1 II - B battle with a 10-7 record. In their last battle, Nyack by Tappan Zee (Orangeburg, NY), 8-4, in a league battle.

The Golden Knights now own a 7-11 record. They take the field next when they travel to Tappan Zee for a Section 1 II - B outing on Friday, May 12. Nanuet will battle a Dutchmen team coming off a 8-4 league win over Nyack (Upper Nyack, NY). The Dutchmen record now stands at 15-2.
