Northwest Grizzlies (Wichita, KS) backers exited the stadium thrilled Wednesday as they saw their softball squad achieve victory over the host North RedHawks (Wichita, KS), 17-1 in a league challenge.

The Grizzlies now own a 13-5 record. They take the field next when they travel to North for a Greater Wichita City challenge on Wednesday, May 10. Northwest will face a RedHawks squad coming off a 18-3 league win over East (Wichita, KS). The RedHawks record now stands at 10-8.

With the loss, North falls to 10-10 on the campaign. The Redhawks host Northwest (Wichita, KS) to face the Grizzlies in a Greater Wichita City challenge on Wednesday, May 10. The Grizzlies enter the challenge with a record of 11-5. Northwest won 16-1 in their recent league challenge against Southeast (Wichita, KS)
