The Machias Bulldogs baseball team scored 9 runs and limited the host Bangor Christian Patriots to 1 in the Bulldogs league victory on Friday.

The Bulldogs (4-4) will now prepare for their match against Shead (Eastport, ME). The Tigers go into the Class D North match with a 0-5 record. In their last match, Shead was overwhelmed by Calais (Calais, ME), 15-0, in a non-league match.

The Patriots (3-8) will now prepare for their match against Woodland (Baileyville, ME). The Dragons go into the Class D North match with a 8-2 record. In their last match, Woodland ran past Jonesport-Beals (Jonesport, ME), 18-1, in a league match.
