The Owensboro Red Devils baseball team scored 8 runs and limited the visiting Breckinridge County Fighting Tigers to 4 in the Red Devils non-league victory on Friday.
The Red Devils (13-12) will now prepare for their match against Marshall County (Benton, KY). The Marshals go into the non-league match with a 16-13 record. In their last match, Marshall County tipped Carlisle County (Bardwell, KY), 5-3, in a non-league match.
The Fighting Tigers (14-15) will now prepare for their match against Grayson County (Leitchfield, KY). The Cougars go into the non-league match with a 14-11 record. In their last match, Grayson County was overwhelmed by McLean County (Calhoun, KY), 8-7, in a non-league match.
