The crowd at Friday's league bout between the Atlantic County Institute of Tech (Mays Landing, NJ) and the host Pleasantville Greyhounds (Pleasantville, NJ), saw Atlantic County Institute of Tech's volleyball squad nip Pleasantville by a tally of 2-1.

With the win, Atlantic County Institute of Tech upgrades its record to 10-6 on the year. The travel to Absegami (Galloway, NJ) to play the Braves in a Cape-Atlantic bout on Saturday, May 11. The Braves go into the bout with a record of 12-5. Absegami lost 2-1 in their recent league bout against Egg Harbor Township (Egg Harbor Township, NJ)

The Greyhounds now own a 7-11 record. They play next when they host Timber Creek Regional for a non-league bout on Monday, May 13. Pleasantville will play a Chargers squad coming off a 2-1 non-league loss to Kingsway (Woolwich Township, NJ). The Chargers record now stands at 10-7.
