In Friday's non-league contest, the Polytech Panthers (Woodside, DE) lacrosse squad routed the visiting Middletown Cavaliers (Middletown, DE), by a count of 16-4.
Coming up next, the Panthers confront the Smyrna Eagles (Smyrna, DE) in a Henlopen North contest, on Sunday, May 12. Polytech will attempt to advance on its 7-7 season record. The Eagles come into the contest with a 12-3 record after their 15-10 non-league win over Caravel (Bear, DE).
The Cavaliers now own a 6-9 record. They take the field next when they host Smyrna for a non-league contest on Monday, May 13.
