In Friday's league contest, the Antioch Sequoits (Antioch, IL) softball team overwhelmed the host Grayslake North Knights (Grayslake, IL), by a margin of 18-0.

With the triumph, Antioch moves its record to 22-3 on the year. The Sequoits travel to Wauconda (Wauconda, IL) to play the Bulldogs in a Northern Lake County contest on Tuesday, May 14. The Bulldogs come into the contest with a record of 16-9. Wauconda won 5-4 in their recent non-league challenge against Stevenson (Lincolnshire, IL)

With the loss, Grayslake North falls to 3-18 on the campaign. The Knights host Lakes (Lake Villa, IL) to face the Eagles in a Northern Lake County challenge on Monday, May 13. The Eagles enter the challenge with a record of 14-12.
