Maine High School Softball - Vinalhaven falls to Valley

In Friday's league outing, the host Valley Cavaliers softball team scored a nice 25-5 win over the Vinalhaven Vikings.
Coming up next, the Cavaliers battle the Richmond Bobcats (Richmond, ME) in a Class D South outing, on Monday, May 13. Valley will attempt to upgrade on its 5-3 season record. The Bobcats enter the outing with a 4-4 record after their 14-8 league loss to Carrabec (North Anson, ME).
The Vikings (2-6) will now prepare for their outing against Temple Academy (Waterville, ME). The Bereans enter the Class D South outing with a 0-8 record. In their last outing, Temple Academy was routed by Carrabec (North Anson, ME), 20-0, in a league outing.
