Kentucky High School Baseball - Hancock County loses to McLean County

McLean County Cougars (Calhoun, KY) followers left the game satisfied Saturday as they observed their baseball squad overcome the host Hancock County Hornets (Lewisport, KY), 6-3 in a non-league match.

With the triumph, McLean County moves its record to 17-7 on the season. The Cougars travel to Marshall County (Benton, KY) to confront the Marshals in a non-league match on Tuesday, May 13. The Marshals come into the match with a record of 18-9. Marshall County won 6-2 in their recent non-league match against Massac County (Metropolis, IL)

The Hornets now possess a 8-17 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Ohio County for a non-league match on Monday, May 12. Hancock County will confront a Eagles squad coming off a 2-0 non-league win over Breckinridge County (Harned, KY). The Eagles record now stands at 6-21.
