The crowd at Saturday's league battle between the Pine Bush Bushmen (Pine Bush, NY) and the visiting Monroe-Woodbury Crusaders (Central Valley, NY), saw Pine Bush's baseball team gain a win over Monroe-Woodbury by a tally of 3-0.

The Bushmen (13-2) will now prepare for their battle against Valley Central (Montgomery, NY). The Vikings enter the non-league battle with a 6-6 record. In their last battle, Valley Central held off Monticello (Monticello, NY), 12-2, in a league battle.

Next, the Crusaders face the Newburgh Free Academy Goldbacks (Newburgh, NY) in a Section 9 Orange County I battle, on Monday, May 12. Monroe-Woodbury will attempt to upgrade on its 11-5 season record. The Goldbacks enter the battle with a 10-3 record after their 6-0 league win over Kingston (Kingston, NY).
