Fans at Saturday's league battle between the St. Vincent Indians (Perryville, MO) and the host Farmington Knights (Farmington, MO), saw St. Vincent's soccer squad triumph over Farmington by a count of 8-0.

The Indians (14-3) will now prepare for their battle against Murphysboro (Murphysboro, IL). The Red Devils enter the non-league battle with a 17-3 record. In their last battle, Murphysboro notched a victory over Carterville (Carterville, IL), 1-0, in a league battle.

Next up, the Knights battle the Notre Dame Bulldogs (Cape Girardeau, MO) in a Class 3 District 1 battle, on Monday, May 12. Farmington will attempt to upgrade on its 3-12 season record. The Bulldogs enter the battle with a 7-5 record after their 2-0 non-league win over Perryville (Perryville, MO).
