The Hampshire Whip-Purs (Hampshire, IL) baseball trounced the visiting Antioch Sequoits (Antioch, IL), 9-3 in Saturday's non-league challenge.
The Whip-Purs now own a 20-11 record. They take the field next when they travel to Central for a challenge on Monday, May 12. Hampshire will clash with a Rockets team coming off a 9-6 league win over Hampshire (Hampshire, IL). The Rockets record now stands at 3-2.
With the defeat, Antioch drops to 5-2 on the year. The Sequoits travel to Grayslake North (Grayslake, IL) to clash with the Knights in a non-league challenge on Monday, May 12. The Knights go into the challenge with a record of 2-5.
