The Woodhaven Warriors (Brownstown, MI) baseball trounced the host Huron Chiefs (New Boston, MI), 12-1 in Saturday's non-league challenge.

The Warriors now own a 16-5 record. They take the field next when they host Lincoln Park for a challenge on Monday, May 12. Woodhaven will clash with a Railsplitters team coming off a 4-3 non-league win over Roosevelt (Wyandotte, MI). The Railsplitters record now stands at 4-8.

With the defeat, Huron drops to 5-5 on the year. The Chiefs travel to Riverview (Riverview, MI) to clash with the Pirates in a non-league challenge on Monday, May 12. The Pirates go into the challenge with a record of 6-10. Riverview lost 8-4 in their recent non-league challenge against Carlson (Gibraltar, MI)
