In Saturday's non-league contest, the host Vicksburg Bulldogs lacrosse squad scored a tight 14-7 win over the Kalamazoo Central Maroon Giants.

The Bulldogs (8-5) will now prepare for their contest against Portage Northern (Portage, MI). The Huskies enter the Southwest Michigan Lacrosse Conference contest with a 4-7 record. In their last contest, Portage Northern was overwhelmed by Lowell (Lowell, MI), 12-6, in a league contest.

Next, the Maroon Giants meet the Jackson Vikings (Jackson, MI) in a non-league contest, on Tuesday, May 13. Kalamazoo Central will attempt to move on its 3-10 season record. The Vikings enter the contest with a 2-12 record after their 16-6 non-league loss to Holt (Holt, MI).
