Laurence Manning Academy Swampcats (Manning, SC) supporters left the game pleased Saturday as they saw their softball squad thwart the visiting Ben Lippen Falcons (Columbia, SC), 11-0 in a non-league game.
With the triumph, Laurence Manning Academy improves its record to 22-3 on the year. The Swampcats travel to Wilson Hall (Sumter, SC) to play the Barons in a non-league game on Tuesday, May 13. The Barons enter the game with a record of 5-10. Wilson Hall won 9-7 in their recent non-league game against Carolina Academy (Lake City, SC)
The Falcons now hold a 0-6 record.
