Indiana High School Softball - Concord sneaks past Lakeland

The Concord Minutemen softball team scored 7 runs and held the visiting Lakeland Lakers to 6 in the Minutemen non-league win on Saturday.

The Minutemen now possess a 10-7 record. They put it on the line next when they host Lakeland for a non-league battle on Saturday, May 10. Concord will confront a Lakers team coming off a 9-1 league loss to Central Noble (Albion, IN). The Lakers record now stands at 4-11.

With the loss, Lakeland moves to 5-12 on the season. The Lakers travel to Concord (Elkhart, IN) to confront the Minutemen in a non-league battle on Saturday, May 10. The Minutemen come into the battle with a record of 8-7. Concord lost 11-7 in their recent league battle against NorthWood (Nappanee, IN)
