The Ellington Knights triumphed over the visiting Rockville Rams softball squad by a count of 12-0 in Saturday's league challenge.
Next, the Knights play the South Windsor Bobcats (South Windsor, CT) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, May 13. Ellington will attempt to upgrade on its 12-2 season record. The Bobcats enter the challenge with a 2-12 record after their 20-10 non-league win over Rockville (Vernon, CT).
The Rams (2-5) will now prepare for their challenge against South Windsor (South Windsor, CT). The Bobcats enter the non-league challenge with a 1-12 record. In their last challenge, South Windsor was routed by Windsor (Windsor, CT), 8-1, in a league challenge.
