Kentucky High School Softball - Green County gets by Pulaski County

In Saturday's non-league match, the visiting Green County Dragons softball team scored a tight 2-1 victory over the Pulaski County Maroons.
The Dragons (12-11) will now prepare for their match against Bethlehem (Bardstown, KY). The Eagles/Banshees go into the non-league match with a 22-15 record. In their last match, Bethlehem tipped Marion County (Lebanon, KY), 4-3, in a non-league match.
In their next game, the Maroons battle the Caldwell County Tigers (Princeton, KY) in a non-league match, on Saturday, May 10. Pulaski County will attempt to better on its 10-17 season record. The Tigers go into the match with a 11-12 record after their 15-5 non-league loss to Christian County (Hopkinsville, KY).
