Glenbrook South Titans (Glenview, IL) backers exited the stadium thrilled Tuesday as they saw their softball squad run past the visiting Maine South Hawks (Park Ridge, IL), 10-2 in a league challenge.

The Titans now own a 8-10 record. They take the field next when they travel to Glenbrook North for a Central Suburban - South challenge on Thursday, May 13. Glenbrook South will battle a Spartans squad coming off a 5-1 league loss to Niles West (Skokie, IL). The Spartans record now stands at 6-7.

With the loss, Maine South falls to 11-2 on the campaign. The Hawks host Evanston (Evanston, IL) to battle the Wildkits in a Central Suburban - South challenge on Thursday, May 13. The Wildkits enter the challenge with a record of 3-6. Evanston won 9-3 in their recent league challenge against New Trier (Winnetka, IL)
