The Austin Prep Cougars crushed the host Bishop Fenwick Crusaders baseball team by a count of 13-1 in Wednesday's league bout.
The Cougars now possess a 17-0 record. They take the field next when they host Bishop Feehan for a non-league bout on Monday, May 16. Austin Prep will face a Shamrocks team coming off a 2-1 non-league win over Mansfield (Mansfield, MA). The Shamrocks record now stands at 13-5.
Next, the Crusaders face the Archbishop Williams Bishops (Braintree, MA) in a Catholic Central - Large game, on Saturday, May 14. Bishop Fenwick will attempt to improve on its 6-11 season record. The Bishops go into the game with a 5-11 record after their 5-4 league win over Cardinal Spellman (Brockton, MA).
