In Wednesday's league game, the visiting Gloucester Fishermen baseball team scored a nice 13-0 victory over the Beverly Panthers.
The Fishermen (8-5) will now prepare for their game against Marblehead (Marblehead, MA). The Magicians go into the non-league game with a 6-6 record. In their last game, Marblehead was overwhelmed by Masconomet Regional (Boxford, MA), 15-5, in a non-league game.
The Panthers (9-4) will now prepare for their game against Winthrop (Winthrop, MA). The Vikings go into the non-league game with a 8-7 record. In their last game, Winthrop was overwhelmed by Salem (Salem, MA), 4-3, in a league game.
