The Phillips Academy Big Blues baseball team scored 2 runs and limited the host Cushing Academy Penguins to 1 in the Big Blues league victory on Wednesday.
The Big Blues (12-3) will now prepare for their match against Deerfield Academy (Deerfield, MA). The Big Green go into the Central New England match with a 10-5 record. In their last match, Deerfield Academy edged Worcester Academy (Worcester, MA), 6-2, in a league match.
The Penguins (2-9) will now prepare for their match against Phillips Exeter Academy (Exeter, NH). The Lions go into the Central New England match with a 9-7 record. In their last match, Phillips Exeter Academy edged Winchendon (Winchendon, MA), 8-7, in a non-league match.
