The Orono Riots the visiting George Stevens Academy Eagles baseball team by a tally of 7-4 in Wednesday's league bout.
The Riots now hold a 5-2 record. They take the field next when they host Greater Houlton Christian Academy for a non-league bout on Saturday, May 14. Orono will face a team coming off a 10-2 non-league win over Presque Isle (Presque Isle, ME). The record now stands at 1-0.
Next, the Eagles face the Washington Academy Raiders (East Machias, ME) in a Class C North bout, on Monday, May 16. George Stevens Academy will attempt to advance on its 2-6 season record. The Raiders enter the bout with a 5-4 record after their 8-1 league loss to Bucksport (Bucksport, ME).
