The Nashoba Regional Chieftains baseball team scored 10 runs and limited the visiting Groton-Dunstable Crusaders to 2 in the Chieftains non-league victory on Wednesday.
The Chieftains (9-6) will now prepare for their match against Marlborough (Marlborough, MA). The Panthers go into the non-league match with a 1-12 record. In their last match, Marlborough was overwhelmed by North Middlesex Regional (Townsend, MA), 12-2, in a non-league match.
The Crusaders (9-5) will now prepare for their match against Hudson (Hudson, MA). The Hawks go into the Midland-Wachusett B match with a 10-1 record. In their last match, Hudson ran past Fitchburg (Fitchburg, MA), 2-0, in a non-league match.
