The Hopedale Blue Raiders crushed the host Sutton/Douglas baseball team by a count of 8-1 in Wednesday's non-league bout.
The Blue Raiders now possess a 13-3 record. They take the field next when they travel to Milford for a non-league bout on Thursday, May 12. Hopedale will face a Hawks team coming off a 5-3 non-league loss to Attleboro (Attleboro, MA). The Hawks record now stands at 6-7.
Next, the face the Leicester Wolverines (Leicester, MA) in a non-league bout, on Saturday, May 14. Sutton/Douglas will attempt to move on its 5-8 season record. The Wolverines enter the bout with a 6-5 record after their 12-2 league win over Quaboag Regional (Warren, MA).
