The crowd at Wednesday's league bout between the Newton North Tigers (Newtonville, MA) and the visiting Weymouth Wildcats (South Weymouth, MA), saw Newton North's volleyball squad beat Weymouth by a tally of 3-0.

With the win, Newton North upgrades its record to 5-5 on the year. The Tigers host Natick (Natick, MA) to play the Redhawks in a Bay State bout on Thursday, May 12. The Redhawks go into the bout with a record of 10-2. Natick won 3-0 in their recent league bout against Wellesley (Wellesley, MA)

The Wildcats now own a 3-9 record. They play next when they host Needham for a Bay State bout on Thursday, May 12. Weymouth will play a Rockets squad coming off a 3-0 league win over Brookline (Brookline, MA). The Rockets record now stands at 13-0.
