Carthage Comets (Carthage, NY) followers exited the stadium in high spirits Wednesday as they witnessed their lacrosse squad achieve victory over the host General Brown Lions (Dexter, NY), 11-7 in a league battle.

The Comets now have a 6-7 record. They take the field next when they travel to Watertown for a Section 3 Frontier - A battle on Friday, May 13. Carthage will clash with a Cyclones squad coming off a 18-1 non-league win over New Hartford (New Hartford, NY). The Cyclones record now stands at 2-1.
