North Carolina High School Soccer - Mountain Island Charter overwhelmed by Christ the King

The crowd at Wednesday's league test between the Christ the King Crusaders (Huntersville, NC) and the visiting Mountain Island Charter Raptor (Mt. Holly, NC), saw Christ the King's soccer squad triumph over Mountain Island Charter by a count of 6-0.

The Crusaders now hold a 11-2 record. They play next when they host Lincoln Charter for a Catawba Shores Athletic 1A/2A test on Thursday, May 12. Christ the King will meet a Eagles squad coming off a 3-2 league win over Pine Lake Prep (Mooresville, NC). The Eagles record now stands at 8-5.

With the loss, Mountain Island Charter drops to 4-12 on the season.
