Rappahannock Raiders (Warsaw, VA) fans were thrilled Wednesday as they observed their soccer team triumph over the visiting Northumberland Indians (Heathsville, VA), 8-0 in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Raiders confront the Washington & Lee Eagles (Montross, VA) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, May 20. Rappahannock will attempt to better on its 6-3 season record.

The Indians now have a 2-4 record. They take the field next when they host Washington & Lee for a non-league challenge on Tuesday, May 17. Northumberland will confront a Eagles team coming off a 9-1 non-league loss to Bruton (Williamsburg, VA). The Eagles record now stands at 2-1.
